1. Order Cancellation
- Time frame: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, please email us at support@houseofadamandeve.in with your order number.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return or refund as outlined below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Time frame: A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale Items: Products bought during Sale or Clearance events are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.
- Exchanges: For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges. We will send the replacement free of charge (applicable for the first exchange only).
3. Refunds
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve your returned product.
- Method: Approved refunds will be credited directly to your original method of payment (e.g., your bank account).
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
