1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping will be available soon. Please stay tuned on our website and social media for updates.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days after placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore): 4-6 business days
- Other Tier Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1399.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applicable for prepaid orders below ₹1399.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier partner details.
- You can track your order’s status on the courier partner’s website or in your account section on our website.
6. Multiple Item Orders
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouse locations based on product availability.
- You will receive separate tracking details for each individual shipment.
7. Undelivered & RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
- If a package is marked as undelivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
- Re-shipping can be arranged upon request, with any additional shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
8. International Shipping (Coming Soon)
- Once available, all applicable customs duties, taxes, and international shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery timelines will vary by destination country and will be provided at checkout.
